How Step Forward Paper™ Can Change The World - Woody Harrelson
I have been looking for the best, most Eco-friendly way possible way to print our Mother Earth book. I'm very excited about this new product and I hope to print our book on this paper, made of wheat-straw waste.
About 70 millions tons of paper and paperboard are used in the U.S. each year—and 33% of that comes from whole trees or other plants. Around the world, some 4 billion trees are cut down each year to make paper.
We are excited to be able to offer our new Mother Earth book printed on A Step Forward paper, which is made of 80% wheat straw (ag-waste) and 20% Forest Stewardship Council certified wood fiber.
“Trees are poems that earth writes upon the sky,
We fell them down and turn them into paper,
That we may record our emptiness.”
~Kahlil Gibran
